Shipping and Returns ...

 

Chippewa Brand, Discontinued Boots, and Custom Ordered Boots may NOT be returned for ANY REASON.

 

Returns:

If you change your mind about the style, Just Right Boots will accept your return as long as the article(s) have not been worn and are within 90 days of the date of purchase. Simply return the boots and upon receipt of the merchandise a credit (less a $15.00 restocking fee) will be run on your account.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.(Excludes Chippewa brands and styles)

 

Exchanges:
If you order the wrong size and want to exchange for a different size or style, Just Right Boots will accept your exchange as long as the boots have not been worn and are within 90 days of the date of purchase. Simply return the boots with your reorder information. When your reorder is ready to ship, shipping charges plus a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged to your account.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.(excludes Chippewa brand and styles)

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at anytime while in "Pending" status. If your order is in the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, a $15.00 restocking fee will be charged to your account.

 

Warranty:
Just Right Custom Boots Inc. warrants its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We do not warrant soles against wear, nor will we consider any claim when a boot is misused or abused in any way. Reasonable cleaning, conditioning and care are essential with all Just Right Custom Boots Inc. products.

Boots that have been altered by embroidery, painting, stretching, resoling, re-heeling, cutting, adding zippers or any other alteration prevent us from determining if the boots are defective in materials or workmanship and for this reason, cannot be considered for credit, repair or replacement.

If you feel you purchased a defective pair of Just Right Custom Boots and would like the boots to be inspected for possible defects in material or workmanship, we request you first attempt to return them to Just Right Custom Boots Inc. so that we can send the product into Justin for a factory inspection. If you cannot return the boots to Just Right Custom Boots Inc., contact your nearest Justin dealer and ask them if they will do a courtesy return. Just Right Custom Boots Inc. will make every effort to process your return in a reasonable amount of time. The inspection process can take up to six weeks. Sending product direct to Justin can result in a delay in processing.
